Terms for using the Rustique Charm Boutique app and shopping services.

Use of the app

Rustique Charm provides boutique shopping, account, notification, event, and related customer features. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, photos, prices, quantities, and availability are provided in good faith and may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel unavailable items, or update information when necessary.

Orders and payments

Purchases are for physical goods and may be processed through Square or another supported payment workflow. An order is not guaranteed until accepted and successfully processed. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and final totals are determined through the applicable checkout process.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account through the Account page.

Notifications

Push notifications are optional. Promotional notifications require your opt-in and can be disabled at any time. Transactional order messages may be used to communicate information about purchases or fulfillment.

Returns and fulfillment

Shipping, pickup, return, and exchange handling may vary by purchase and item. Follow the current instructions provided with your order or contact Rustique Charm before returning merchandise.

Intellectual property

Rustique Charm branding, original site content, graphics, and app presentation may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
